The sheer variety of clients I work with now gives me a huge amount of satisfaction, watching them develop and grow is reward in itself."

Hi there, I'm Dominic and I run The Hats Off Partnership from my office in Surrey. A bit about me, after graduating I spent many years working in the UK media industry for some of the country’s biggest media owners. Initially in commercial radio leading sales teams for household names such as Capital FM, Classic FM and Heart.

My career moved into business management, running radio stations up and down the country and then on to digital media properties including global roles with market leading platforms such as Audioboom and Getty Images.

Since 2016 I have endeavoured to use the experience I gained in the corporate world to work with smaller businesses with two basic objectives in mind – to help them to grow and to achieve their business goals. This has taken me on an amazing journey, consultant roles, Non Exec Director positions and business development challenges with a wide variety of companies both local and further afield.
